We might think that the Bible is just an old religious book, but it's not, it is more up to date than your daily newspaper and it contains vital information, that if applied, will change your life.
The Bible is unique in that it is the only book that gives a description of how the world and all we see in space and on earth got here.
It is the only book that tells us WHO the author of life is.
It is the only book, that through the prophets, under the guiding hand of the Holy Spirit, tells us what is happening today and what will happen tomorrow in great detail, yet it was written thousands of years beforehand.
But the most amazing thing is that it tells us, throughout its pages of One who would come to be the Saviour of the World.
This Saviour is Jesus Christ, the one who came as a baby, who grew up amongst us, and died upon a cross for the sins of the world.
This SAME JESUS, according to the Bible is going to return and take his bride, the True Church to be with himself, and following a period known as
the tribulation, will then return as the King of kings and Lord of lords to judge the whole world.
